Born in Belgrade, Serbia, Nikola Stokanic developed a passion for design and architecture from an early age. After studying graphic design and working as a fine artist, he moved to the United States in 2004, eventually founding Denver Home Reshape — a design-build firm that earned him two features in Architectural Digest magazine in 2021 and 2022.
In 2023, Nikola expanded his creative vision to Florida, founding NG Home Builders in Tampa. His approach blends artistic sensibility with builder-grade execution — every project begins with hand sketches and mood boards, ensuring that the design reflects the client's personality before a single nail is driven.

Raul Guevar brings a rare combination of entrepreneurial vision, architectural design expertise, and large-scale project leadership to the NG Home Builders team. As co-founder of Arcadia Design Co. and a seasoned development strategist, Raul has directed residential and commercial design initiatives representing over $100 million in built project value — spanning luxury renovations, custom homes, and commercial builds across more than ten U.S. markets, including Florida, California, New York, and Colorado, as well as international projects in Mexico and Europe.
A graduate of Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business with a degree in Entrepreneurship Management and an International Business Certificate, Raul's approach to design is rooted in strategic thinking, technical precision, and a deep understanding of how spaces shape the way people live and work.
