About Nikola

Nikola Stokanic grew up with a deep love for design and architecture. After studying graphic design and working as a fine artist, he moved to the United States in 2004 and channeled that creative energy into transforming homes. His design-build firm in Denver earned him two back-to-back features in Architectural Digest magazine — in 2021 and 2022 — before he brought his vision to Tampa in 2023.
Nikola personally leads every design consultation. He listens carefully to how you live, what you love, and what you've always imagined for your home — then translates that into a design that is both beautiful and buildable. No guesswork. No surprises.
